Thank you for choosing to be a part of an upcoming medical service trip with Timmy Global Health! Please only complete these steps once you are ready to confirm your participation on an upcoming medical service trip. Each step is designed to make the registration process easier. The blue buttons under each step will take you to the corresponding website, form, email, or file so you can easily track your progress.
All foreign medical professionals joining a medical service trip to Ecuador must obtain an apostille for their current medical license and diploma and mail them to their trip leader for forwarding to Ecuador. The apostille process is not required for trips to the Dominican Republic, only a copy of medical license and diploma.

Step 1: Medical Professionals Only
Step 2: Trip Deposit
Submit the $250 nonrefundable, nontransferable trip deposit. You can pay online or mail a check to Timmy at 407 W Smith Valley Rd #933, Greenwood, IN 46142.
On the memo line of your check, please note the site, month, and year of your service trip. For example: Yasuni.Sept.2026.
Step 3: Registration Form
Complete the relevant trip registration form. Please note that the registration form requires either the payment confirmation code (for online payments) or the check number.
As soon as you complete these steps, you will receive a confirmation email.
