Thank you for choosing to be a part of an upcoming medical service trip with Timmy Global Health! Please only complete these steps once you are ready to confirm your participation on an upcoming medical service trip. Each step is designed to make the registration process easier. The blue buttons under each step will take you to the corresponding website, form, email, or file so you can easily track your progress.
Step 1: Trip Deposit
Submit the $250 nonrefundable, nontransferable trip deposit. You can pay online or mail a check to Timmy at 407 W Smith Valley Rd #933, Greenwood, IN 46142.
On the memo line of your check, please note the site, month, and year of your service trip. For example: Yasuni.Sept.2026.
Step 2: Registration Form
Complete the relevant trip registration form. Please note that the registration form requires either the receipt number in the receipt PDF file (for online payments) or the check number.
Please confirm your flight itinerary as soon as you confirm the flight recommendations with a Timmy Representative or Trip Leader.
Send a screenshot of your flight information as soon as you have it.
Step 3: Flight Itinerary
As soon as you complete these steps, you will receive a confirmation email.
