Medical Service Trip Cancellation Policy

Trip registration and deposits are due 4 months (120 days) before the trip’s departure. If a trip participant cancels before the registration deadline, 100%, minus the $250 nonrefundable deposit of what they have paid will be reimbursed.  

Should a trip participant cancel anytime after this deadline, the remaining trip costs paid will be refunded based on the value the participant has paid at the time of cancellation, in accordance with the schedule below.  Any amounts not reimbursed will be considered a tax-deductible donation to Timmy, and a tax receipt will be provided.  If a trip is canceled on Timmy’s behalf, a full refund will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 120 days or more before trip: Volunteers can be reimbursed 100% of the trip price. Excluding the $250 trip deposit.

  • 60 - 119 days before trip: Volunteers can be reimbursed 75% of the trip price. Excluding the $250 trip deposit.

  • 59 days or less before trip: No refund eligible.
