Timmy receives the 2022 Kiwanis International World Service Medal

In 1985, the Kiwanis International Board of Trustees established the Kiwanis World Service Medal to recognize individuals who devote a significant part of their lives to meeting the needs of others.

The World Service Medal is presented annually at the Kiwanis International convention. Previous winners have included Mother Teresa, Sir Roger Moore, Audrey Hepburn, First Ladies Nancy Reagan and Rosalynn Carter, Jamie Lee Curtis, Heifer International, Sarah McLachlan and Steve Young/Forever Young Foundation.

This year, Timmy Global Health was honored to receive Kiwanis International World Service Medal, for our dedication toward improving the lives of children. For us, this award is a celebration of 25 years healing the world!

Kiwanis International was founded in 1915, a global organization of members dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. Kiwanis members use their service to be a positive influence in communities worldwide...so that one day, all children will wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them and provide the support they need to thrive. The Kiwanis International family comprises nearly 550,000 adult and youth members in more than 85 countries and geographic areas.
